About Welsh Doors
Welsh Doors has been supplying and fitting external doors from its base in Barry since 1993. The company specialises in composite doors — including front, back, French and patio doors — and covers the whole of South Wales, serving areas such as Cardiff, Swansea, Bridgend, Newport, Caerphilly and Chepstow. Customers can visit the Barry showroom, where more than 75 doors are on display alongside a selection of glass, locks and accessories. The range runs from traditional to contemporary styles, with bespoke colour matching available to any RAL or BS specification. Door glass options include decorative and bevel glazing panels, while security hardware includes Ultion and Brisant locks, with smart locking also available. Welsh Doors handles the entire process in-house, from initial survey and design through to installation. Their composite doors use a GRP skin over a foam core and are stated to be 19% more thermally efficient than a standard 48mm solid timber core composite door. The company also carries a range of Inox doors.
